The workshop will be held in the building of the Students House of Aarhus University, Building 1522, Mogens Zieler Stuen. The address is:
Frederik Nielsens Vej 2, 8000 Aarhus C.
It is is a 20-30 minute walk (uphill) from the train station and city center.
You can also take one of the buses that stop either at Statsbiblioteket/Stakladen (no. 5A) or at Randersvej/Nordre Ringgade (no. 1A, 5A, 12, 13, 14, 18). Find your bus schedules here, where you can also enter the exact adresses or the train station (Banegårdspladsen). To get to the university or anywhere else in the centre you have to buy a ticket for 2 zones (20 DKK).
Find here a map with the distance from the Hotel Scandic to the University and the way from the bus stop to Frederik Nielsens Vej 2.
There are good bus connections from almost everywhere in Aarhus. Passengers enter the bus at the back (or side-door) and tickets can be bought at a vending machine in the bus (most only accept cash). It is easy to plan your trip at Rejseplanen by entering starting point and destination. More information on ticket prices and bus schedules can be found at Midttrafik.
Another good option to get around in Aarhus is to bike. With a deposit of a 20-kroner coin you can ride a City Bike for free from one of the 56 bike stands.
